How We Deliver Your Pink Order
WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE!!!

Whilst
we will make every effort possible to ensure orders placed before the
specified dates/times arrive with you in time for christmas , itspinkuk
cannotbe held responsible for delays outside of our control ( ie postal
delays etc , Suppliers ,popular products may also sell out at busy
periods )
1) FAST UK DELIVERY
All items are sent by Express Delivery. These are sent using First Class Royal Mail or a Courier, so you can expect to receive your order in 2-5 working days.
* On certain items this MAY be longer - please see below.
To make life simple, Express Delivery to the UK costs a flat rate of £2.95 for the entire order, no matter how much you buy.Isnt that just fabtabulous?
Actually selected products have free delivery !! ie Greeting cards ..... cor thats good hey!
UK mainland only! Most deliveries will require a signature.
*Some products are sent directly from the Manufacturer to the customer and sometimes items are sent out seperately even if purchased as one order.
*On popular products we MAY sell out especially Christmas time , if we can not get the product to you within 7 working days we will contact you asap - this rarely happens but if it does we blame the supplier!
Your order will need to be signed for.
Delivery can take place up until 5:30pm.
Orders placed mon-fri will arrive in 2-7 working days, maybe 1 working day if your extra lucky - some pink people are.
Bank Holidays , Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.
UK Offshore-delivery costs £12.00 per order - gifts will take 2-7 working days to arrive.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK - We do deliver to Europe and Worldwide but not all items on www.itspinkuk.com are available outside the UK - If you do make an order we are unable to deliver worldwide we will inform you immediatley - this is rare mind you. Delivery time outside of the UK can take up to 21 working days.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately upon receipt via email.
THIS MUST BE DONE VIA EMAIL
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item .PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL BEFORE YOU RETURN ITEM.
Lost/Damaged -
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We shall only deliver goods to the address on the order .
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods will be at your own risk.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery. It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Items must be returned within 14 days and in the condition to which they were received. No item will be accepted as a return if the tags and labels have been removed for any reason. All tags must still be attached and in the original condition that they were received on the item. Items that are returned in an unfit state, worn or damaged will not be accepted.
We do not refund on the pink Bon Bon Chair, Microwaves , lingerie ,make up/nail items or adult toys. We will supply a like for like on faulty goods. In the event that we are not able to supply an exchange for a returned item, we will then offer a refund
All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back to us, so it is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned in suitable packaging with tracking and insurances in place.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will offer you a full refund for goods received back in perfect condition. This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging or postage incurred in returning the goods.
With any of the rugs you have SEVEN days from receipt of goods in which to inform us of returns for any reason. The cost of returning goods other than faulty or errors will be paid for by the customer , this costs £23.50 per rug , per pick up attempt. All returns must be packaged as received and we will arrange collection this is for the rugs only!
Bean bag refund must be sent back in the original postage and packaging and we will deduct at 20% restocking charge from the refund unless we have made an error or the product is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 60 days of notification of the cancellation. All international deliveries are non returnable.
Please note all our products are checked at various stages durin manufacturing and again by various quality controllers before the package leaves the factory.All goods must be returned in perfect condition in original packaging , your statutory rights are not affected.
